For Candidates
BNA Worldwide is an Australian-owned computer-based testing company. We design, staff and operate secure examination centres for universities, professional certification bodies, government agencies and corporate organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific — the assessment infrastructure our partners rely on to deliver exams with confidence.
You book through the booking platform of the organisation running your exam — your examination sponsor or testing partner — rather than directly with BNA Worldwide. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your exam date, time and any instructions specific to your test.
Identification requirements are set by your examination sponsor and outlined in your booking confirmation email. Bring exactly what's specified — our centre staff verify your identity against these documents when you check in.
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time. That gives you time to check in, complete identity verification and security checks, and store your belongings before entering the testing room.
Results and certification are issued by your examination sponsor, not by BNA Worldwide directly. Timing and delivery follow their process — refer to your booking confirmation or contact your exam provider for results queries.
For Organisations

Our centres run on modern workstations with high-speed internet, and staff are on hand throughout every session. Where it doesn't compromise exam integrity, our team can provide technical assistance during a testing session.
Facilities & Access
Yes. Each candidate is allocated a locker at check-in for personal belongings — bags, phones, watches and similar items — that aren't permitted in the testing room.
Our testing centres are designed with accessibility in mind, including accessible building access and facilities. Specific accommodations for individual candidates are arranged with your examination sponsor as part of your booking, in line with their accessibility policies.
