Getting Started
Book through your exam provider, then leave the logistics to us.
Exams at BNA Worldwide testing centres are booked through the relevant testing partner's own booking platform, not directly with us. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your exam date, time and any instructions specific to your test.
Keep this email somewhere easy to find — you'll need it on exam day, and it's the first place to check if you have questions about what to bring.

The Candidate Journey
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave
Four stages, each designed to keep your exam day straightforward.
Read, pack, and arrive early
Read your confirmation email carefully — it sets out your exam date, time and any identification or preparation requirements specific to your exam provider. Bring the identification it specifies, and plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This buffer gives you time to check in, store your belongings and settle in before your exam begins.
A welcome, and a few careful checks
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by our centre staff and guided through check-in. This includes identity verification against your exam booking, standard security checks, and allocation of a locker for any belongings that aren't permitted in the testing room. Only once these steps are complete will you be shown into the testing room itself.
A quiet room, built for focus
Our testing rooms are built for concentration: modern workstations, high-speed internet and a genuinely distraction-free atmosphere, monitored by CCTV and managed through secure candidate-management systems throughout your session. You'll follow the instructions set by your examination sponsor and our test administrator, and where technical assistance is needed, our staff can help without compromising the integrity of your exam.
Sign out, and you're done
When your exam is complete, you'll sign out and collect your belongings before leaving the testing room. Your results and any certification are issued by your examination sponsor, not by BNA Worldwide directly — timing follows their process, so check your booking confirmation or contact your exam provider directly with results queries.

Support, where it's needed
Accessibility features and reasonable accommodations are provided in accordance with your examination sponsor's policies, and subject to prior approval. If you require specific accommodations, arrange these with your examination sponsor as part of your booking — our centre staff will then ensure the appropriate arrangements are in place for your visit.
